Kanto Ticket Helper is a Chrome extension and associated licensing service. This policy explains what data is collected, where it goes, and what is never touched.

1. Data stored locally on your device

The extension keeps the following in Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device only. None of this is ever sent to our servers.

2. Data sent to the license server

When you activate, check, or remove a license, the extension contacts the licensing server (a Cloudflare Worker you configure). The request contains:

The server stores the key, device ID, device name, and timestamps of activation and last heartbeat. It does not store IP addresses beyond what Cloudflare logs at the infrastructure level (standard for any Workers request).

  • Which dates or times you're trying to book
  • The content of the booking form after it's submitted
  • Payment or card details (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)
  • Cookies from the ticket site
  • Any analytics, usage tracking, or crash reports
